Catalyst for positive change
Marjolein now uses her energy, expertise and experience to support organizations to profitably integrate sustainability into their business and to communicate effectively about strategy and impact. The rich diversity in her background and experience helps her to connect with people and organizations in many contexts. This enables her to spark collaboration across people in new and different ways to drive positive change.
In 2013, she founded Change in Context as a platform for positive change towards a sustainable economy. What started out as a blog, has grown into a sustainability-focused service platform, with great clients and partners. In the past years, Marjolein has worked for large organizations such as Heineken and Unilever, but also for smaller ones such as social enterprise Tony’s Chocolonely, big-data tech start-up eRevalue, documentary filmmaker Renée Scheltema and the Dutch Sustainable Investment Forum VBDO.
